My name is Dave Lovato.  I am the current President of
Soldiers of the Cross Outreach.  I am from Loveland,
Colorado and have been with this outreach ministry for
many years.  I was born and raised here in Northern
Colorado and never would have guessed that I would be
part of a ministry as bold as this one.  My prayer for you is
that you will be blessed as you view the pages in our new
website and that they will be a help to you and a great
resource for learning and increasing your faith in the Lord

We also publish a monthly newsletter which
includes a
message of Salvation, a prayer line and also
captures the
events and actions of this outreach.  It is only
through the
Grace of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit
that we are able to create this newsletter and
keep it going out.  We use this as a tool to
further reach out to the lost and to encourage
those who have already been saved.

There are many who enjoy this publication and
this, one of many reasons, do we continue to
provide them with this exciting message.   
Soldiers of the Cross Outreach (SOTC)was started by one
man as a way to reach people on the streets who would
never step foot into a church, and although he is no
longer involved with SOTC, with Jesus as the focal point of
this outreach, we will continue to “Go” into all the world
and preach the Gospel to the lost, that they too may know
Him as their Personal Saviour.  We are an organization
that does not promote religion, but rather, a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ, that through this
relationship they can experience the peace of knowing Him
and that they may hunger for his Holy Word.
Soldiers of the Cross Outreach” is just that.  It is an
Outreach to the lost. We carry a 12 foot cross on the
streets and talk to people about Jesus.  The Cross is for
nothing more than to attract the attention of passersby
and to visually remind people of Jesus and the work He
has done so that we might inherit eternal life
The cross opens the door of communication so that we
might talk with them.  We have prayed for the hurting and
rejoiced with some.  We have seen people come to know
Jesus Christ.  And yes, we have even seen those who
would curse us, just
as Jesus himself said we would (John 15:18-24).  We are
supported by a group of faithful Brothers in Christ and we
continue forward.
